A weathered wooden walkway with deep red posts and a dark rope railing spills down through the sea oats and out onto sugar-white sand, where turquoise surf is breaking just beyond the dunes. Tall palms lean in from both sides, their fronds cut in green, gold and orange, while a swirling white sun turns the whole sky into stained glass. It's that first moment you crest the dune and the ocean opens up in front of you, painted in a bold mosaic style that catches the light from across the room.
